Dr. Baldev Krishan

Baldev has over 25 years of experience in management, business development, and engineering, product development, marketing & sales. He founded six startups in the Silicon Valley, including Shimon Systems Inc., OmniTel and Encanto Networks. In the past 20+ years, he has raised funds for his companies dealing with variety of technologies (involving software, hardware and firmware) starting from telephone modems, wireless messaging, Web server, Java applets, and network access/password management using biometrics. He has received seven patents to his credit. OmniTel and Encanto Networks were acquired.
Baldev was twice nominated as an entrepreneur of the year. One of his companies was listed by INC. magazine among the 500 fastest growing companies in the USA. He worked in various engineering and management positions at ROLM/IBM.
Baldev holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University.

Baljeet Singh

VP Engineering

25+ Years experience in the design and development of embedded systems. Designed modems industrial controllers, medical devices and embedded web servers for accessing remote devices. Experience with Microchip's PIC family of processors, TI's DSP, ARM, Coldfire, 68000, X86 architecture, 8051, at System and detailed design level. Written firmware for real time control applications in C and Assembly language ( with and without the use of RTOS) . BSEE and MSCS, Santa Clara University, CA, USA. BS in EE, IIT, New Delhi, India

Anil Pillai

Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

Anil is responsible for sales operations of SES and is based out of their Fremont location. Anil brings over 20 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, key account management and project management for engineering and technology companies.

Prior to SES, Anil was as VP Sales at Calsoft and was responsible for Sales of Calsoft Lab’s products and services in the Americas. He managed the key accounts of Calsoft Labs (ISV group). Anil started the Calsoft IMS group (Infrastructure Management Division) and instrumental in growing it as a separate SBU within the company.

In the last few years, Anil has helped many Indian start-up companies to establish their business in the US Market.

Anil holds an MBA from University of Otago, New Zealand and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University of Calicut, India.
