Dr. Baldev Krishan President/CEO

Baldev has over 25 years of experience in management, business development, and engineering, product development, marketing & sales. He founded six startups in the Silicon Valley, including Shimon Systems Inc., OmniTel and Encanto Networks. In the past 20+ years, he has raised funds for his companies dealing with variety of technologies (involving software, hardware and firmware) starting from telephone modems, wireless messaging, Web server, Java applets, and network access/password management using biometrics. He has received seven patents to his credit. OmniTel and Encanto Networks were acquired. Baldev was twice nominated as an entrepreneur of the year. One of his companies was listed by INC. magazine among the 500 fastest growing companies in the USA. He worked in various engineering and management positions at ROLM/IBM. Baldev holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University.

Pran Haran CTO & VP Engineering

Pran Haran has more than 30 years experience in leading engineering teams in successful development of products from conception to production. He has led embedded software and applications development for many successful companies such as Meru Networks, U4rea Networks , Force Computers and Smart Modular technologies. Most recently, he was the V.P of Embedded Technologies at Agnity Inc where he was instrumental in developing Connected Home Technology. He brings great experience in managing multi-site product development and Agile methods. He did his MSEE, Kansas State University, Kansas, USA & BS in EE, IIT, Chennai , India
